Happy Saturday, friends!
Today I’m attending a wedding. And I’m really excited. I technically attend weddings almost every weekend, so this should be a big deal, right? But it is, because this weekend I’m going as a guest. 100% as a guest. First time since April of last year (I’m not counting my sister’s wedding— maid of honor duties, and all that). I’ve had several good friends get married since then, and I hired someone else to shoot parts of the reception for me so I could enjoy it a bit, but today? I’m all guest. Leaving my camera at home, wearing a dress with pockets so I can carry my iPhone (Instagram is forever, you know), and dancing the night away. I’m quite excited.
What are you doing this weekend? Anything out-of-the-ordinary? It is a holiday weekend, afterall… newness and adventure are good, fitting things.
